Sunguard now offers you the choice to make your own drapery panels and we will custom make a panel track to your measurements. You can choose from a 2, 3, 4, or even a 5 pass track system. Tracks can be ceiling or wall mounted. All our tracks are cord driven with controls on either the left or right hand side. Panel width can be a minimum of 12" and a maximum of 40" for proper operation. Now you can create a very unique look for your customers decor. 

Each track comes with hook style velcro rails, with the width depending on the number of panels. To make your panels all you need is some fabric, loop velcro sewn across the top, and a sewn pocket at the bottom with some weighted rod inserted in the pocket.

	3 Pass Track System   ~ Use From 36"-116" Wide

	4 Pass Track System   ~ Use From 43"-154" Wide

	5 Pass Track System   ~ Use From 54"-192" Wide

Panel Width Calculation Guide

Take your track width, divide that number by the quantity of panels you want and then add 1.25" to each panel width for overlap. 

Case study for an 84" wide track with 4 panels: 84 divide by 4 = 21 plus 1 1/4" for overlap = 22 1/4" wide panels.
 
 

Panel Length Instructions

For panel length, take your finished height (distance between top of track down to where panel sits just above the floor) then subtract 1 1/4". 

Case study for an 84"W x 80"L finished size: 80" subtract 1 1/4" = 78 3/4" panel length.
